We also provide options for returns and exchanges on any orders within 30 days* that has not been used or altered/tailored**. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. **Any items returned that are not in original package, altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and the item will be forfeited. Previous Generation items are Final Sale.
All orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will start preparing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S.
Lotushirt and Ice Café PoloCafe will ship from our Asian hub by using post office service, so please allow 5-7 business days for the delivery time. For other clothing, we will send from our US hub by using USPS service, so please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery time.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking your order
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Shipment outside of the United States
We use USPS for all international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for the return, your item must be not altered/tailored, washed, worn, damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return. A soft reminder that to complete your product return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping for Returning

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
